Hope you are all well and spending time in your groves looking at the progress of your olives. As we are nearing our harvest time, for some of us our olives are ripening earlier than usual. This seems to be happening each year now so the seasons are changing, and we will need to adapt to that. The plus side is the earlier we pick the higher the polyphenols however we may get a smaller yield.
